2.2.1. Evaluator Pitch

The first marketing step is to formulate your Elevator Pitch. This Pitch describes in one minute your accommodation so fast and attractive, that potential customers are at once very interested. A strong elevator pitch starts with a great statement or promise about your accommodation and explains what the profit for the guest is. It ends with a good metaphor.

A good accommodation manager and his staff members can produce the elevator pitch fluently even if they are in confusing situation. So the question “What is your accommodation doing” is always prompt and enthusiastic answered.
