5.3.5. Information

In order for the communication process to be effective, the information provided must be limited to the subject matter of the place visited; to what is seen at any given time. The contents must be presented in brief periods of time, using a positive tone and simple expressions, illustrated with examples, with pleasant and spontaneous language throughout, accessible to the public. Posing questions favours reflection, while self-discovery and examples of day-to-day experiences will bring a better comprehension of the concepts. If a multidisciplinary focus of the information is achieved, it will include the different aspects of the environment: commenting, for example, the characteristics of a vault while speaking about the vegetation found in it and the animals found in the zone will provide a more global view of the place.
