2.2.6. Website and Brochures

It is very important to provide full information to your potential clients. Advertisements just arise the initial interest. To transfer this short-term curiosity into long-lasting interest resulting in real booking, you should make available detailed information. This can be best done on the website or in brochures.

The website should stress your unique selling points and describe the services offered. The location information should be accompanied with pictures and a list of attractions and rest/entertaining possibilities (tours, trails, etc.). The building and room details should include special features (e.g., spa bath, views, open log fire, personal touch, etc.) and photos. Also, you should clearly indicate rates and special offers, restrictions (e.g., no pets), payment procedures, provide contact details, etc. An important thing to keep in mind is to provide to the client accurate images and information that do not to lead to false expectations.A website allows you to be available all day, every day.

To develop your own website see for example : www.webs.com . Most entrepreneurs are out-sourcing the development of their web-sites.
