One of the rules for the accommodation owner should become sharing information with guests. You need to show every effort that is done for them or for the environment.
Environmental information (your policy and measures, information on the regional environment, etc.) can be organized in green folders and placed in each rooms or with photos or funny drawings at the reception. Asking your customers to participate in your environmentally friendly actions (e.g., changing the linen and towels upon request, switching off the lights when leaving the room, etc.), never present the information as rules, instead, try to make the wording sound positive and caring, arise their interest and invite to be involved.
