Linen Change on Request

Changing towels and linen on guest’s request gains more and more popularity throughout Europe. Usually, the guests do not need to have their towels washed every day and are willing to cooperate with the owner, so you do not have to do the laundry as often as you used to. The only thing to do is to inform your guests upon arrival about changing-on-request policy and ask them about the frequency of change they prefer. For this, certain signs could be used, for instance, putting towels on the floor can mean that the guest wishes to have his/her towels changed while leaving them on the rail can signal that he/she does not need the new ones yet. Alternatively, the linen and towels can be changed by default – once a week in lower class accommodation and twice a week in a higher class accommodation.
