Durability

For practical reasons, the materials and furniture should be durable to pay back for their purchase by a long lifetime. Consider such qualities as durability, resistance to wear, soiling, stains, scratching, burns and other common damage. Pay a special attention to this aspect if your major clients are young people or families with children.
