ECEAT Sweden called “ECEAT-Sverige- Välkommen till Ekologisk Gård”, was created in 1999 with the participation of 44 agritourism farms. In February 2002, “Sveriges Gröna semesterkatalog” was the first guide of ECEAT-Sweden, listing 53 accommodations throughout Sweden (in Swedish).
Information on holiday cottages or flats for hire can be obtained from specialist agencies, local tourist offices in Sweden and rural accommodation associations.
