Section 9: Preparing and Serving Meals
9.3. Service Type, Price and Schedule

9.3.3. Price

The price of the meals can vary significantly from one establishment to another, but there are some general rules for setting it: the price is calculated based on the use of facilities, the costs of food products, equipment, and their transportation, wages of the personnel (cooking and/or serving, depending on your services), and profit you would like to have. Before establishing the price, you should become familiar with the prices of other similar accommodations in your region, and the prices recommended by national or rural organisations (if any).
