If you are interested to extend your services to groups of business travellers,
your location and accommodation itself should meet a number of criteria. So, for
instance, relative proximity of the place to the city and accessibility by road
are essential, since normally conferences and trainingsare organized by local/regional
companies, and their schedule is quite tight. Besides, the expectation of comfort
and service level is generally higher with business customers than with the other
types of clientele. You need not only to have proper infrastructure for conducting
a conference or a workshop, but also to provide some additional services of meals
and diversions for these guests.
