Firing

Firing an employee is not an easy thing to do. There are legal regulations which must be followed. The employee can resign in lieu of firing and the employer can give notice if there is no possibility of continuing the relationship. When there is an urgent reason for a firing, an employee can be noticed on the spot. This might be the case if the employee is guilty of, for example, drunkenness, theft from the company or ill treatment of a guest/client. If there is no valid ground for the firing, then a judge can ask compensation from the employer for the employee.
