Introduction

After studying the whole section you will know what the relation is between tourism, rural tourism and accommodation. You can describe agri- and eco-tourism. EU ideas about rural tourism are no longer secret foggy terms. You will get a picture about the rural tourism situation in six European countries. In these countries there are different types of rural tourism and accommodations.

You will be able to evaluate and decide what kind of accommodation and which kind of tourism can be good for your business given your unique situation in a regional rural area.

After studying this section, you:
